TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Western Uusimaa Welfare Area (hereinafter also separately referred to as the "client" or the "contracting authority") invites candidates to submit an application to participate in the negotiated procedure for the procurement 1520/2026 of rental premises for the Kirkkonummi elderly housing unit in accordance with this request to participate and its annexes. Alternative or parallel requests to participate or tenders will not be accepted. The subject of the procurement is the Kirkkonummi elderly housing unit, which includes both communal living and 24-hour assisted living. The target is planned and implemented so that all apartments and premises enable the use of both forms of living.
