TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Welfare Area of Western Uusimaa (hereinafter also separately referred to as the "purchaser" or "contracting authority") invites candidates to submit a request for participation in the negotiation procedure for the acquisition 1520/2026 of rental premises for the Kirkkonummi elderly housing unit in accordance with this request for participation and its attachments. Alternative or parallel requests for participation or tenders will not be accepted. The object of the procurement is the Kirkkonummi elderly housing unit, which includes both communal living and 24-hour service housing. The site is planned and implemented so that all apartments and premises enable the use of both forms of housing. The site is designed for elderly people, a significant portion of whom suffer from memory diseases. The spatial solutions must support safe movement, orientation, and communal everyday life.
