TENDER DESCRIPTION

The West-Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County (hereinafter also separately “the contracting authority” or “the contracting entity”) requests candidates to submit a request to participate in the negotiated procedure for the procurement of the leased premises for the housing unit for elderly people in Kirkkonummi, procurement 1520/2026, in accordance with this request to participate and its appendices. Alternative or concurrent requests to participate or tenders will not be accepted. The subject matter of the procurement is the housing unit for elderly people in Kirkkonummi, which includes both community living and 24/7 service housing. The facility is to be designed and implemented so that all apartments and premises enable the use of both forms of accommodation. The facility is designed for elderly people, a significant proportion of whom suffer from memory-related illnesses. The spatial solutions must support safe mobility, orientation and community-based everyday life. The design must pay particular attention to clarity, homeliness and good monitorability.
