TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of a project management contractor for the basic improvement of the Leijona block. The basic improvement of the Leijona block is implemented as a design-and-build project management contract with a development phase, in which the work in the development phase is carried out under a development phase agreement of the project management contract before signing the actual project management contract. The project comprises technical and functional basic improvement covering the entire property. The project will replace and modernise building services systems and their plant rooms, and improve energy efficiency. Based on condition surveys and studies, the project will replace, repair and refurbish structures and building parts, as well as roofs, façades, windows and doors. In indoor spaces, surfaces, building parts and lighting fixtures will be replaced and refurbished, and modifications to spaces will be made in order to develop the user’s activities and the multi-purpose use of the premises.
