TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of a project management contractor for the basic improvement of the Lion Block. The basic improvement of the Lion Block will be carried out as a development-phase-based collaborative project management contract, in which the work in the development phase is carried out under the development-phase agreement of the project management contractor contract before signing the actual project management contractor contract. The project includes technical and functional basic improvement covering the entire property. In the project, building services systems and their plant rooms will be renewed and modernised, and energy efficiency will be improved. In the project, structures and building parts, as well as flat roofs, façades, windows and doors, will be renewed, repaired and renovated based on condition surveys and investigations. In interior spaces, surfaces, building parts and lighting fixtures will be renewed and renovated, and modifications to rooms will be carried out in order to develop the user’s operations and the multi-purpose use of spaces.
