TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment includes the construction design of the Liminka–Oulu double track section between Kempele–Oulu based on the rail plan. The design includes, inter alia: - Geometry and structural design of the new double-track track between Kempele–Oulu - Geotechnical design of structures - Drainage design of structures - Construction design of bridges (7 items) - Construction design of culverts (25 items), incl. a temporary solution at the locations of preloading embankments - Environmental design of the area (including noise and vibration protection, groundwater, acid sulfate soils) - Strong-current design, which includes lighting and construction design for point heating - Design of the second platform at Kempele station - Coordination with safety-device design, change plans for field drainage ditches, and the stations of local train traffic A more detailed description of the content and scope of the assignment is presented in the request for tender attachments.
