TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is the procurement of an MEP contractor for implementing the MEP technical overall package of the new Malmi hospital, family centre and health and well-being centre as part of the project’s alliance organisation. The MEP contractor operates in cooperation with the other project parties and is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the project’s MEP technical solutions, both in the development phases and in the implementation phase. The new building will be erected next to the current Malmi hospital (Talvelantie 6), and it is intended to be completed in stages by 2035. The new Malmi hospital is a rehabilitation-promoting hospital where, in particular, patients who require acute geriatric and surgical follow-up care are treated. Approximately 200 new patient beds will be added. In the hospital area, any possible future expansion capacity is also taken into account.
