TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of a population-responsibility-based own-doctor service for the health centre services of the City of Helsinki. With the procured own-doctor service, general practitioner services are produced comprehensively for the agreed population under responsibility. The Supplier appoints the Responsible Doctor for the population under responsibility, who has primary responsibility for care. The Supplier producing the service must be able to provide the population under responsibility with the services of an experienced health centre doctor established in primary healthcare. The Responsible Doctor must have at least five (5) years of experience in work as a physician in primary healthcare. The procured service includes the physician’s appointments at the reception, remote contacts, procedures, prescription work, statements, rehabilitation plans, and responding to consultations by other professionals concerning the population under responsibility.
