TENDER DESCRIPTION

This notice is not a procurement notice; it is a REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE to rent premises of Savonlinna Hospital for day-surgery operations. This is not a public procurement; instead, the contracting authority (South Savo Wellbeing Services / Eloisa) makes use of an existing procurement system in order to implement the rental of premises. A more detailed description of the rental of the premises is provided in Appendix 3 to this request to participate: Premises rental and operations description and in other appendices. The contracting authority publishes the premises offered for rent in the public procurement notice channel of this public request to participate, in which interested tenants may register. The request to participate and its appendices set out in advance the eligibility requirements that the tenant must satisfy in order to take part in the negotiations. The contracting authority holds separate negotiations with tenants who satisfy the eligibility requirements and have submitted a request to participate.
