Jätekukko Oy is competitively tendering for a finance and payroll administration services package. The aim of the procurement is to select a service provider capable of producing for Jätekukko high-quality, operationally reliable and information-secure finance and payroll administration services, and of supporting the continuous development of the services during the contract period. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the smooth continuity of the services, a good level of service, cost effectiveness, high-quality reporting, and the appropriate development of the finance and HR administration process(es). The contracting entity is seeking a cooperation partner that can respond to the company’s current and future needs and take part in developing operating methods, service processes, and system solutions. The definition of the final implementation model for the procurement, the content of the services, the allocation of responsibilities, the service level requirements, and any possible system and integration solutions requires negotiations with tenderers; therefore, the procurement is carried out using a negotiated procedure.
