TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is: • analysis, development and maintenance work required for the creation or further development of the comprehensive skills and occupations system OsKuS, including the web applications of the Oskuste Kompass analytics environment, environments, platforms and/or base software, including prototyping and prototype testing, preparation of guidance materials, documentation, and other work related to development and testing; • digital solutions for the support processes of OsKuS, with the aim, for example, of improving processes related to managing users, user support, logs, documents and information, and version control; • additional development and maintenance work for OsKuS (including the description, service and analytics environment of Oskuste Kompass).
