TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the service tendered under Lot 1 is the collection of the PPK collected by the Osnabrück Service Operation at a plant suitable and approved for this purpose. The plant must be suitable for collection using bulk transport vehicles (Walking Floor). The distance between the planned collection plant and the collection area (City of Osnabrück) and the OSB operating yard affects the collection costs. Therefore, the location of the collection plant may not be more than 15 road-km away from the OSB operating yard, Hafenringstraße 12, 49090 Osnabrück; within this area, the location is assessed with a malus in the award evaluation. The subject of the service tendered under Lot 2 is the acceptance of the PPK at the location of the collection plant from Lot 1. The contractual quantity is the collected quantity minus the portions released to the systems. Collection is carried out with Walking Floor vehicles. The PPK must be directed to proper and harmless material recycling. The contractor is free to decide whether to transport the material directly to a paper mill or to sort, store, bale, or otherwise process it beforehand.
