TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) plans to relocate the Wienerbergstraße 13 health center (construction lot 1) temporarily to an alternative site until approximately 2029 and then to demolish the existing building. From 2030, in parallel with the construction of the U-Bahn, a new building for the ÖGK is to be erected by a cooperation partner, with an integrated U2 station and an underground car park. This building complex is intended to combine, synergistically, the health center, the customer center, and the administration offices; commissioning is expected to take place in 2034. Wienerbergstraße 15-19 (construction lot 2) is to be marketed subsequently within the scope of influence of a cooperation partner; preferably the plot remains in the ownership of the ÖGK.
