TENDER DESCRIPTION

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) requests tenders for a purchase invoice coding and routing solution using artificial intelligence (SaaS service) and the related implementation, training and expert services. The objective of the procurement is to streamline the processing of purchase invoices, reduce manual work, improve the quality of invoice coding, and increase the rate of automated processing. The proposed solution must enable: - analysis and utilization of purchase invoice data - creation of coding forecasts at invoice and line-item level - automated routing of invoices - continuous learning of the solution and improvement of forecasts based on usage - utilization of corrections made by users in model development - reporting and monitoring of the service performance. The solution must be integrated into Heka’s existing purchase invoice system via the DataCycle360 system interfaces. The procurement includes a fixed-term agreement for 24 months, after which the agreement period continues indefinitely.
