TENDER DESCRIPTION

Helsinki City Housing Ltd (Heka) requests tenders for a purchase invoice coding and routing solution utilizing artificial intelligence (SaaS service) as well as related implementation, training and expert services. The objective of the procurement is to streamline the processing of purchase invoices, reduce manual work, improve the quality of coding and increase the share of automated processing. The solution offered must enable: - analysis and utilization of purchase invoice data - formation of coding forecasts at invoice and line-item level - automated routing of invoices - continuous learning of the solution and improvement of forecasts based on usage - utilizing corrections made by users in developing the models - reporting and monitoring of the service’s performance. The solution must be integrated with Heka’s current purchase invoice system via the interfaces of the DataCycle360 system. The procurement will result in a fixed-term agreement for 24 months, after which the agreement period will continue indefinitely.
