TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the provision of 24/7/365 physical security guard services for the building of the Prague 1 Municipal District Office at the address Vodičkova 18, Prague 1, and related security, reception, and information activities. The performance includes in particular: • supervision of the security of the building and persons in the building; • checking the entry of persons and their movement within the building; • prevention, reporting, and the initial handling of security incidents; • cooperation with the contracting authority, the Police of the Czech Republic, the municipal police, and the components of the Integrated Rescue System; • performance of reception and basic information activities; • supervision of the fire alarm system (EPS) and the electronic security system (EZS) and fulfillment of the duties of the fire reporting office within the scope of the building’s operating rules; • patrol activity inside the building and inspection of the parking lot; • keeping a logbook of services and other operational records; • issuing and recording keys within the scope of the building’s operating rules.
