TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the provision of physical security services 24/7/365 for the building of the Prague 1 District Office located at Vodičkova 18, Prague 1, and related security, reception, and information activities. The scope of performance mainly includes: • supervision of the security of the building and persons within the building; • control of persons' entry and movement within the building; • prevention, reporting, and initial handling of security incidents; • cooperation with the contracting authority, Police of the Czech Republic, municipal police, and integrated rescue system units; • performance of reception and basic information activities; • supervision of the fire alarm system (EPS), burglary alarm system (EZS), and fulfillment of fire alarm duties according to the building's operating rules; • patrolling activity inside the building and parking lot control; • keeping the service book and other operational records; • issuance and record-keeping of keys according to the building's operating rules.
