TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the replacement of old street lighting fixtures with energy-efficient LED lighting in the area of the Kampinos commune. The scope covers the replacement of 62 old fixtures WLS 100W with LED fixtures with power of at least 27.5 W and power of at least 39 W. As part of the lamp replacement, the Contracting Authority requires the replacement of the power supply cables to the fixtures, fuse sockets, and current terminals for the designated points subject to replacement. The Contractor shall dispose of the old fixtures on its own. 2. List of locations subject to lamp replacement (the exact locations of the lamps to be replaced will be provided by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor after the contract is signed): 1) in the town of Zawady: replacement of 5 sets of fixtures together with accompanying works to LED fixtures with power of at least 27.5 W, 2) in the town of Strzyżew: replacement of 8 sets of fixtures together with accompanying works to LED fixtures with power of at least 39 W, 3) in the town of Strzyżew: replacement of 3 sets of fixtures together with accompanying works to LED fixtures with power of at least 27.5 W, 4) in the town of…
