TENDER DESCRIPTION

Detailed designation of the subject of this public procurement procedure: “Communication advisory and online media communication services, content production, and development of science popularisation content.” This procedure concerns the preparation of the National Conference of Scientific Student Associations’ (Országos Tudományos Diákköri Konferencia, OTDT) 38th (planned to be held in spring 2027) and 39th (planned to be held in spring 2029) Conferences, and the preparation of the OTDT’s mid-term PR and marketing communication strategy, as well as the performance of the related digital marketing tasks, including the provision of PR and marketing communication advisory services and content production tasks in connection with the OTDT events and programmes, as well as the development of science popularisation content; in addition, the conduct of streaming service and provision of the related services at the 38th and 39th OTDK from the date the contract enters into force until 31 May 2029 up to a net framework amount of HUF 112,598,426.
