TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Parish of Oulainen builds a new parish centre on the plot it owns and, in accordance with this contract notice, procures the following design services for the site: RAK, GEO, LVIA, SÄH, AV and AKU Design content briefly: -A timber-structured parish centre to be built on pile foundations, with a gross floor area of approximately 700 brm², including the functions presented in the procurement documents. See ARK drawings -The Client will arrange the project design by sub-areas and, based on the prepared design material, will put the construction contracts out to tender, probably as a divided contract form. -With this contract notice, designers are procured for the design stage as well as the implementation stage until the acceptance procedure for the site.
