TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Parish of Oulainen will build a new parish centre on the plot it owns and, in accordance with this contract notice, will procure the following design services for the project: RAK-, GEO-, HVAC-, ELEC-, AV and AKU Project content in brief: - A timber-structured parish centre built on pile foundations, with a total floor area of approximately 700 brm², including the functions presented in the procurement documents. See ARK drawings - The Contracting Authority will commission the design of the project by sub-areas and, based on the prepared design material, will competitively tender the construction contracts, most likely divided as a contract form. - By means of this contract notice, designers are procured for the design phase and also for the implementation phase, up to and including the project acceptance procedure. More detailed information on sub-areas and scope of tasks is provided in the sub-area tender request documents (appendix).
