TENDER DESCRIPTION

Metsähallitus is tendering service structures to be built in Oulanka National Park and the Valtavaara Nature Reserve, consisting of 3 dry toilet buildings at resting places. The construction sites are: Kiutaköngäs, Valtavaara, Savilampi. The address of Oulanka National Park is Liikasenvaarantie 132, 93900 Kuusamo. The Valtavaara-Pyhävaaran Nature Reserve is located in Kuusamo, very close to the Ruka tourist area. More detailed site information and access to the sites are shown in the attached map materials. The construction contract includes the manufacturing, transportation, and installation of the elements of the prefabricated dry toilet according to the plan documents as a turnkey contract. The selected contractor will deliver the building materials and elements ready to the construction sites. Material transports will be carried out during snow cover. Contract period: Materials to be delivered to the site during snow cover by the end of March, work from 1.6 to 30.9.2027.
