The City of Oulu, Oulu Tilapalvelut (a limited-liability public corporation) (hereinafter also referred to as “the contracting authority”) requests your tender for consultant services for the construction works supervisor, the safety coordinator, and the moisture management coordinator for the Kellon Upper Secondary School project, and as an additional procurement option (option) P1, consultant services for the cleanliness management coordinator in accordance with this contract notice/tender request and its appendices/procurement documents. 1) PROJECT OVERVIEW Site: Kellon School, Kylätie 6, 90820 Oulu The project comprises the new construction of Kellon Upper Secondary School, the demolition of the existing upper secondary school wing, alterations to existing school buildings, and outdoor construction works in the change area.
