TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Oulu, Education and Cultural Services, Oulu Sinfonia (hereinafter also the "contracting authority") requests your offer for the audio technology of the Beyond the Sky concert to be held at Ouluhalli (11/2026) in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. The offer must include all necessary audio technology, other defined supplies, and services in their entirety. The planned contract period is 15.11.2026 - 22.11.2026, during which the event will be implemented including preparations and dismantling. The required audio technology is specified in more detail in the annexes to the request for tenders, and a more detailed schedule is also included in the annexes. Annex 6 Beyond the Sky Equipment List - Audio Technology.xlsx must be returned duly completed in Excel format as requested. The bidder commits to delivering the requested audio equipment according to the annexes of the request for tenders. The procurement includes delivery of equipment, assembly and dismantling, and if necessary, maintenance and operation.
