TENDER DESCRIPTION

Oulun Tilapalvelut - the limited liability public enterprise is requesting a service provider through this invitation to tender to provide maintenance and repair services for compressed air equipment (air compressors) at the properties it manages. More detailed information on the description of the procurement, requirements, and the provision of tender prices, as well as on comparison and selection, can be found in Appendix 0 of the invitation to tender. The framework arrangement will run from 01.12.2026 to 30.11.2028. The contract may be extended for two option periods (1.12.2028 - 30.11.2029 and 1.12.2029 - 30.11.2030). If the Contracting Entity does not separately notify its intention to give up the contract no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period or the first option period, the contract will automatically continue to the next option period. The prices to be offered must include all costs arising from the provision of the service, including any kilometres, travel, accommodation, per diem allowances, overtime work, as well as delivery, invoicing and office costs, including tools, waste disposal charges, and small consumables.
