TENDER DESCRIPTION

Oulu Property Services, a municipal enterprise, is requesting bids for a service provider to carry out maintenance and repair services for the compressed air systems (air compressors) of the properties managed by it. More detailed information on the description of the procurement, requirements, and the submission of bid prices, as well as on comparison and selection, can be found in Appendix 0 of the request for tenders. The framework arrangement will be valid from 01.12.2026 to 30.11.2028. The contract may be extended for two option periods (1.12.2028 - 30.11.2029 and 1.12.2029 - 30.11.2030). If the Contracting Authority does not separately notify its intention to give up the contract no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period or the first option period, the contract will automatically continue to the next option period. The prices offered must include all costs arising from the provision of the service, including possible mileage, travel, accommodation, daily allowances, overtime as well as delivery, invoicing and office costs, including tools, waste fees and minor consumables.
