TENDER DESCRIPTION

To support the strategy of the Property Division, the IT department of SNCF IMMOBILIER regularly evolves its information system (adaptation of existing applications, deployment of new solutions, etc.) in order to align it with its business strategy and new challenges (Ensemble Immobilier, Convention de Services immobiliers (CSI),…). In the context of the transformation of the DIT / DIIDF (territorial property directorates and Ile-de-France Property Directorate) into a genuine property service, SNCF wants to develop its real estate strategy and move from budget management to asset management and a strategic asset and portfolio plan. The long-term objective is to have a mapping of its portfolio with CAPEX and OPEX over 3 years and then 5 years, enabling priority management through risk analysis.
