TENDER DESCRIPTION

Printing outsourcing 1. The subject of the contract is printing outsourcing, i.e. a service providing comprehensive handling of printing, copying and scanning devices used by the Contracting Authority during the term of the agreement, for a fee calculated based on the number of printed outputs. 2. The subject of the contract includes:1) delivery, implementation, commissioning of the Print Management and Monitoring System, including monitoring the consumption status of consumables for individual devices and reporting the number of printed pages;2) ensuring uninterrupted operation of the printing, copying and scanning devices used by the Contracting Authority during the term of the agreement; 3) necessary repairs and provision of a service and maintenance/periodic inspections of the devices used by the Contracting Authority;4) supply of necessary consumables for the devices;5) collection and disposal of used consumables.
