TENDER DESCRIPTION
STADT UND LAND owns three single-storey commercial units in the Kosmosviertel in Altglienicke, which are intended to serve jointly in future as a central local district centre. One building of the three commercial units is already being used for local district work by the operator Offensiv 91 e.V. As a result, an appropriate local district centre is to be created for a wide range of uses, which is why comprehensive modernisation and renovation are required.
