TENDER DESCRIPTION
A powder X-ray diffractometer (PXRD) for checking chemical and phase purity, deviations in composition, and for clarifying structure–property correlations of powder samples from inorganic crystalline materials. We want to measure many samples quickly and automatically, with small sample quantities and without any compromise on measurement accuracy. We would like to be able to flexibly set different measurement geometries in the device (e.g. similar to Debye–Scherrer and Bragg–Brentano geometries) and also to use our existing reaction chamber furnace for temperature-dependent measurements.
