TENDER DESCRIPTION

This invitation to tender procures: A main contractor that acts as the main contractor as referred to in legislation. The duties include building and earthworks, as well as, among other things, site management tasks, including the management tasks presented in the information security agreement. The form of contract is divided into a contract under which the subcontract packages are subordinated to the main contract. The contract boundary addendum states the contracting authority’s procurement items and separate works that are subordinated to the main contract, and whose site services are included in the construction contract. In the AXEL new-build project, a central fire station will be implemented in Klemettilä, Vaasa. The project will build a three-storey new building on a plot of approx. 15,400 m2, as well as two separate garage building structures. Two new vehicle access points and an access point for emergency traffic will be built on the plot.
