TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this invitation to tender the following is procured: A main contractor that acts as the principal contractor as referred to in legislation. The tasks include building and earthworks, as well as, among other things, site management duties including the management duties presented in the security agreement. The contract form is divided into a contract in which the subcontractors’ subcontracts are subordinated to the main contract. The contract boundary appendix lists the client’s procurements and separate works that are subordinated to the main contract, and whose site services are included in the building contract. In the AXEL new construction project, a central fire station will be implemented in Klemettilä, Vaasa. The project will construct a new three-storey building on an approx. 15,400 m2 plot, as well as two separate garage buildings. Two new vehicle access points and an access point for emergency traffic will be built on the plot.
