TENDER DESCRIPTION

This request for tender is for: Building services contractor. The building services contractor’s duties include the implementation of the heating, water and wastewater, ventilation, electrical systems, as well as the building automation system and the sprinkler and gas fire extinguishing system. The contracting form is divided into a contract in which the subcontracts are subordinated to the main contract. In the AXEL new-build project, the central fire station will be implemented in Vaasa, Klemettilä. The project will build a three-storey new building on an approx. 15,400 m2 plot, as well as two separate garage buildings. Two new vehicle access points and an access point for emergency traffic will be built on the plot. The yard areas will include parking areas for staff and customers, a logistics yard, and asphalt areas for emergency traffic and training activities. The new building will include a training and hose tower with a height of approx. 25 metres. A fuel dispensing point will also be located on the plot.
