TENDER DESCRIPTION

In sub-area 1 of the procurement, multilingual society orientation is implemented as a group-based service in the client’s mother tongue or in another language that they understand well. Groups are established based on clients’ service needs. The scope of multilingual society orientation is 70 hours (60 min) as a four-week implementation during weekdays between 8:30 and 16:00. Society orientation may be implemented as in-person delivery, as online delivery, or by combining both modes of delivery. The Contracting Authority decides on the mode of organisation. The starting point is in-person delivery in the languages in which it is available. In-person delivery means participation in the service taking place at a shared location. In-person delivery is organised at the Supplier’s premises in Helsinki. Online delivery means a service taking place in a shared learning environment where participants and the trainer are present at the same time.
