TENDER DESCRIPTION

In sub-area 1 of the procurement, multilingual orientation to society is implemented as a group-based service in the customer’s mother tongue or in another language that the customer understands well. Groups are established based on customers’ service needs. The scope of multilingual orientation to society is 70 hours (60 minutes) as a four-week implementation during weekdays between 8:30 and 16:00. The orientation to society can be implemented as on-site delivery, as remote delivery, or by combining both delivery methods. The Contracting Authority decides on the method of organisation. The starting point is on-site delivery in the languages in which it is available. On-site delivery means participation in the service at a shared location. On-site delivery is organised at the Supplier’s premises in Helsinki. Remote delivery means a service provided in a shared learning environment in which participants and the instructor are present at the same time.
