TENDER DESCRIPTION
Tarplani Kaubanduse OÜ purchases, on a “turnkey” basis, the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a solar power plant and a battery energy storage system for the production building to be constructed at the address Harku tee 55, Tabasalu alevik, Harku Parish. Procurement scope: solar power plant with rated capacity of at least 100 kW on the building roof; battery storage unit with rated storage capacity of at least 120 kWh; inverters, mounting system, cabling, protection and metering equipment, and monitoring software. The bid must also include design, coordination with the network operator, as-built documentation, an audit of the electrical installation, documentation for the local government, commissioning and user training. The building is under construction, so it is not possible to become acquainted with the site. The roof plan is provided among the baseline documents. Installation will take place in the second half of 2027 in cooperation with the building construction main contractor and requires coordination of the work schedule.
