The agreement comes into force on the day of its conclusion. It is initially valid for 24 months or until the total contract price is reached, whichever occurs first. The parties may consider extending the agreement for an additional period of no more than 12 months if the contract price has not been fully utilized within the initial 24-month period, provided the total contract price is not exceeded. The overall maximum duration of the agreement is 36 months or until the contract price is reached.

The services can be provided as consultations, prototype development, or a combination of both, with specific details determined by individual work assignments.

The key service areas and their associated deliverables include:

• IT Consultations and Technology Selection: This involves requirements analysis, technology and solution selection, prototype development or improvement, testing, and recommendations. Deliverables include consultation reports, technical documentation, and testing/evaluation reports.
• Mobile Application Prototype Development: Covers user needs analysis, architecture planning, and creation of visual and functional mobile app prototypes. Deliverables include consultation reports, functional prototypes, technical documentation, testing/evaluation reports, and full source code.
• Web System/Platform Prototype Development: Includes user needs analysis and the creation of functional prototypes for web systems. Deliverables comprise consultation reports, functional prototypes, technical documentation, testing/validation reports, and full source code.
• Database and Information System Prototype Development: Focuses on consultations, architecture planning, and selecting solutions for databases and information systems. Deliverables include consultation reports, functional information system prototypes/MVPs, technical documentation, testing/evaluation reports, and full source code.
• Cloud Service Software Architecture: Encompasses consultations, cloud architecture and infrastructure planning, and solution selection. Deliverables are consultation and architecture reports, infrastructure prototypes/schemas/deployment specifications, technical documentation, testing/evaluation/performance recommendation reports, and full source code/scripts for environment setup.

• Website Prototype Development: Involves consultations, technology selection, support for website design and prototype development, and ensuring basic functionality. Deliverables consist of consultation reports, functional website prototypes, technical documentation, testing/evaluation reports, and full source code.
• Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools into Prototype Solutions: Supports integrating AI tools, large language models (LLM), machine learning algorithms, or generative AI solutions into digital product prototypes. Deliverables include consultation reports, functional prototypes with integrated AI tools, technical documentation (including model specifics, data processing location, and privacy modes), testing/evaluation reports, and full source code with prompt specifications.

The services generally do *not* include full-scale commercial product development (unless specified), long-term maintenance or operation, hosting, cloud services, data storage, third-party license/subscription/hardware acquisition, full data migration, or user technical support after prototype handover, unless explicitly defined in a specific work assignment.
