TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Public Works Department of the City of Helsinki (Stara) requests your bid for panel vans in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it. This is a contract for the supply of goods. The bid may be submitted for one, several, or all items, as well as for several different vehicle makes and models that meet the requirements set out in the invitation to tender. The bid must be submitted using the tender form attached to the invitation to tender (Appendix 1). The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the attached document (Appendix 2). The draft contract governing the procurement is attached (Appendix 3).
