TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Helsinki Construction Service (Stara) requests your quotation for panel vans in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached thereto. This is a supply contract. The tender may be submitted for one, several, or all sections, and for multiple different makes and models of vehicles that comply with the requirements of the invitation to tender. The tender must be submitted using the tender form attached to the invitation to tender (Appendix 1). The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the attached document (Appendix 2). The draft agreement concerning the procurement is attached (Appendix 3).
