TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of the medicinal product Givinostat as part of the continuation of treatment under the procedure of Emergency Access to Medicines Technologies (RDTL) for the needs of the Provincial Comprehensive Hospital in Kielce. Lot No 1 - GIVINOSTAT The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and quantities are specified in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ — assortment-and-price form. Information regarding the terms for delivery, warranties and remuneration is contained in Appendix No [Appendix No 3] to the SWZ — draft provisions of the agreement for a public procurement contract under the terms of a successive agreement. For medicinal products that are the subject of the contract, medicinal products within the meaning of the Act of 6 September 2001 — Pharmaceutical Law should be understood.
