TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of the drug Givinostat as part of the treatment continuation under the Emergency Access to Medicinal Products (RDTL) procedure for the needs of the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Kielce. Package No. 1 - GIVINOSTAT A detailed description of the subject of the contract and quantities is specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (ToR) - assortment-price form. Information regarding the rules for delivery, warranty, and remuneration is contained in Annex No. 3 to the ToR – the draft contract provisions for the public procurement on the basis of a successive contract. Medicinal products constituting the subject of the contract shall be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Act of 6 September 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law. Offered medicinal products must be approved for marketing under the conditions specified in Art. 3 or Art. 4 paragraphs 1 and 2 or Art. 4a of the Act – Pharmaceutical Law.
