TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project is co-financed through the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund of the European Union, based on the Decision on the selection of the project titled: Development of Smart and Sustainable Solutions and Services in the Municipality of Donja Voća. The subject of procurement includes the development and implementation of an integrated IT solution that includes a mobile application and the interconnection of video surveillance systems, whereby the IT component represents a functional unit of the system. After the maintenance period expires, the Contracting Authority retains the right to extend the support contract or to take over the system and migrate it to its own infrastructure or to the infrastructure of another service provider. The application and installed equipment remain the property of the Contracting Authority. The selected tenderer retains the copyright to the source code, while the Contracting Authority acquires an unlimited license to use the application for its needs.
