TENDER DESCRIPTION

The work to be carried out belongs to the category of building works in reuse or rehabilitation. The missions entrusted to the project manager will be as follows: - basic mission in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2431-4, R. 2431-5, R. 2431-12 to R.2431-18 and R. 2431-19 to R. 2431-23 of the Public Procurement Code; - other project management missions: within the framework of this rehabilitation project, the diagnostic studies (DIAG) are entrusted to the project manager. In addition to the basic mission, the project manager will also carry out the Scheduling, Steering and Coordination mission (OPC) - complementary missions: mission for coordination of the Fire Safety Systems (SSI) as well as the synthesis mission (SYN). Within the framework of this operation, the work consists of rearranging the workspaces and bringing the La ROSE building into compliance with the Tertiary Decree, following the functional restructuring of the processing processes of CPCAM 13 and in order to respect the agent surface/m² ratios and the energy sobriety objective implemented.
