Providing an owner’s supervision service for the construction works to be carried out under the public procurement “Construction of access and movement infrastructure at the Pannjärve Health Centre” (reference number 309614). The works carried out under the public procurement include relocating the pump house for the production of artificial clouds, constructing two padel courts and installing a PVC hall, relocating a wastewater treatment plant, converting one room of an existing building into a garage, and preparing the projects required to carry out the aforementioned works. The construction site is located in Pannjärv, Alutaguse Parish, Ida-Viru County. The expected start of the owner’s supervision service is 21 September 2026 and the expected duration is 6 months.
