TENDER DESCRIPTION

The action aims to offer, to two collectives of micro and small enterprises (TPME) located in two distinct territories of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, an action training pathway aimed at evolving company practices regarding the integration and training of apprentices with regard to their expectations. This action seeks to contribute to securing apprenticeship pathways within the TPMEs of the concerned territories, by reducing the risk of interruption and by strengthening company attractiveness and youth retention.
