TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the new construction project for the services for elderly persons in the Paraisten supported housing unit in Pargas. The new building replaces the dwellings of the current Koivukoto assisted living accommodation. The replacement building includes 45 dwellings for 24/7 assisted living and 15 dwellings for community-based living. The project complies with the approved service network plan. In the design and implementation of the building, both the functional special requirements of 24/7 assisted living and those of community-based living must be taken into account. In the planning and implementation of the site, particular emphasis is placed on coordinating, especially, the functional capacity, accessibility, safety, room sizing, housing, care, and the working conditions of staff of elderly persons. The commissioning party and client for the project is Varsinais-Suomen well-being services county.
