TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this tender is to select a Contractor to carry out parking services at the car parks at 1e and 2e Slag Rockanje, in such a way that the municipality is relieved of the burden and the service is provided in a professional, customer-friendly, efficient and lawful manner. In doing so, the municipality aims for: • a high quality of service; • effective and lawful implementation of parking management; • a good degree of customer friendliness and a service-oriented approach towards visitors; • transparent and manageable collaboration; • a market-conform price-quality ratio; • performance that fits the recreational character of the locations. At a minimum, the scope includes activities associated with managing, carrying out and supporting paid parking at these locations. These are expected to include: • parking enforcement / monitoring in the regulated parking area; • issuing (digital) parking permits; the total expected contract value for parking services is estimated at approximately EUR 100,000 per year.
