TENDER DESCRIPTION
DTU wishes to purchase a parking system for DTU’s campus in Lyngby. By a parking system, DTU means a technical system used to register and manage the use of DTU’s parking spaces. The system is intended to provide a continuous overview of how many parking spaces are occupied and how many are available. Registration must be carried out using cameras or inductive loops that are placed at the entrances and exits to the parking areas. Every time a car drives into the parking area, it is counted as an occupied space, and every time a car drives out, a corresponding space is released. In this way, the system can continuously calculate how many parking spaces are available. The information must be displayed on digital parking signs at the entrance or along the access roads, where drivers can see how many spaces are available before driving into the area.
