Context of the construction measure: refurbishment measure for the bathhouse: This construction measure concerns the renovation of a listed (heritage-protected) bathhouse. The building is part of a historic spa complex that extends along the park promenade of Wilhelmsbad State Park and forms its focal point. The refurbishment measure for the bathhouse is part of the planned renovation of all buildings of the listed ensemble. The arcade building to the west has already been renovated. The bathhouse was built in 1777/78, based on plans by Franz Ludwig von Cancrin, as the first of the four pavilions on the Wilhelmsbad promenade. It has two full storeys, as well as a mansard storey and an attic storey. Below the staircase there is a small crawl space/crawl cellar. For the trade: plastering works façade, the following services must be provided in summary: - 100 sq m multi-layer oak parquet on heated cement screed - 137 sq m solid oak floorboards with subfloor OSB, 2 layers, and thermal insulation wood fibre - 165 sq m Douglas fir (conifer) floorboards with subfloor OSB, 2 layers, and thermal insulation wood fibre; 27 sq m reinstatement of existing conifer floorboards - 22 pieces…
