The bill of quantities includes the parquet works in House 3. Main quantities: approx. 1,060 m2 vertically grooved parquet (block-lamella parquet) oak, including sealing with 2K polyurethane lacquer, in corridors and foyer approx. 106 m2 vertically grooved parquet as before on seating and access stair installation, including sealing with 2K polyurethane lacquer, approx. 27 m metal supporting grid/metal carrier grate as a substructure for the seating stair installation, including structural static sizing, approx. 384 m white skirting board, clip system, including permanently elastic pointing/jointing (sealant) approx. 331 m wall joint connection for parquet without skirting board with pressed cork strips, initial care of the above-mentioned parquet surfaces The bill of quantities includes the parquet works in House 3.
